Established in 1996 as a grassroots initiative, incorporated in 2004 as an Arizona nonprofit, and evolving in 2010 into a national and international professional development and advocacy organization, Fathers and Families Coalition of America (FFCA) has remained steadfast in its mission. In 2016, we expanded our charter as a California nonprofit and a federal 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 81-1290316), dedicated to empowering professionals, strengthening families, and enhancing communities through transformative father engagement strategies.

Recognizing the importance of leadership and advocacy in Latino communities, FFCA incorporated in Puerto Rico in 2020 (Corporation No. 453499) under the leadership of Dr. Aida Díaz Rivera, launching the Transforming Leadership & Management Institute - Center for Latino Initiatives.

For nearly three decades, FFCA has been a global force for change, uniting professionals, educators, advocates, and leaders to build bridges that inspire, influence, and impact lives—because strong families create stronger communities.
