As part of our 27th International Families and Fathers Conference, FFCA invites wellness-focused organizations, practitioners, and vendors to create a space of healing and reflection—The Wellness Oasis. A special opportunity for agencies and vendors who promote mental health, mindfulness, early childhood well-being, self-care, and healing-centered engagement.

Welcome to the Oasis Wellness Center

The Oasis Wellness Center at our 27th International Families and Fathers Conference (April 13–16, 2026) will be a daily, immersive retreat—open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day in Newport A.

Picture this: tropical vibes, warm Caribbean energy, guided meditation, chair massage, mini-wellness coaching, soulful book readings, and spaces that restore the mind and spirit.

We invite wellness coaches, mental health professionals, authors, healers, reflexologists, and vendors to bring your gifts into this sacred space. Whether it's a 45-minute experience or a curated offering that runs all day—this is your time to shine, vibe, and connect.

As a selected contributor, you will:

• Grow your brand among 400–600 attendees
• Showcase your work in a high-visibility setting
• Connect with mental health professionals, social workers, educators, and advocates
• Be featured as part of FFCA’s commitment to wellness and legacy-building

All wellness participants must register as an official exhibitor or vendor for the 27th International Families and Fathers Conference. No wellness proposals will be accepted after February 1, 2026. Take advantage of our exclusive rates:

• Super Early Bird Rate: $275.00 – ends December 1, 2025
• Early Rate: $325.00 – ends February 15, 2026

We are calling on massage therapists, aromatherapy specialists, mindfulness coaches, and more to help us build an unforgettable experience. This will be more than a place to relax—it’s a center for connection, rejuvenation, and soul-nourishing synergy.

Wellness Oasis at the 27th International Families & Fathers Conference

Below is the daily schedule for all selected Wellness Oasis professionals and vendors. This vibrant space will offer a retreat for conference participants seeking healing, reflection, or rejuvenation.

Why Be a Part of the Wellness Oasis?

The Wellness Oasis is more than a break from the conference — it’s an immersive experience where healing meets community. Vendors and wellness professionals are encouraged to bring their unique talents to this vibrant space, offering services like:

• Chair & foot massage therapy (fee-for-service welcome!)
• Aromatherapy and relaxation stations
• Guided mindfulness or meditation sessions
• Mini wellness or healing-centered coaching
• Mini readings, self-care circles, or journaling café

Create your vibe! Whether you want to offer 15-minute chair massages, 30-minute coaching sessions, or a quiet corner for attendees to unwind with a good book — you can customize your station. All approved vendors may charge fees for their services.
