No payment is required when booking a hotel room within the FFCA conference room block. A credit or debit card is required only to hold your reservation.

Important: The expiration date on the credit or debit card must be valid through the end of the conference (after April 16, 2026) in order for the reservation to be held.

How to Book Your Hotel Room Reservation

Booking your stay at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel is simple and follows standard hotel reservation procedures. We want to be very clear so you can book with confidence.

No Prepayment. No Deposit Required.

When you reach checkout, the booking system will ask for a credit card or debit card. This is only to hold your reservation. No payment is charged at the time of booking. This is a standard Hilton reservation process.

  2. Select as many stay dates as you plan to attend.
    Conference room rates are available for Saturday, April 11 through Saturday, April 18, 2026, based on availability.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
    You will not be charged at checkout.

If you encounter any issues booking shoulder nights — checking in on Saturday, April 11 or Sunday, April 12, or checking out on Friday, April 17 or Saturday, April 18 — please contact us directly.

  2. Forward your hotel confirmation number to our team within 24 hours of booking by emailing:

  3. Receive your 10% discount code from our team (Dr. Alicia L. Jackson, Tao Tran, or Susie Delgado). Codes are issued every 48 hours based on new hotel block reservations.
  4. Register for the conference using the discount code at checkout on our registration site:

  5. Apply your code within 15 days of receiving it. After this window, the discount expires and cannot be reissued.

Important Limitations & Eligibility

  • This discount is only valid for those who book through the official FFCA Hilton LAX hotel link.
  • Reservations made using Hilton Honors, external travel websites, or third-party bookings are not eligible.
  • Conference discounts are not available once Regular Registration begins (starting January 1, 2026).
  • Free or discounted parking is only provided to guests booked through the FFCA room block.
  • Southern California guests may receive free day-use parking vouchers while supplies last.
