Wellness Oasis • Cultural Marketplace • Registration Experience
In 2026, the Expo experience expands with the introduction of a dedicated Wellness Oasis and Cultural Marketplace, intentionally positioned inside the Main Expo Hall — Pacific Ballroom. This space is designed to nourish the body, engage the spirit, and celebrate culture, while serving as a natural gathering point for attendees throughout the conference.
The Wellness Oasis will feature curated wellness services and experiential offerings, while the Cultural Marketplace will spotlight creators, artisans, authors, designers, and community innovators whose work reflects healing, identity, creativity, and purpose. This is not a side activation — it is woven into the heart of the Expo experience.
Event Registration Meets Experience
In 2026, event registration itself becomes an experience. The Event Registration Area will be integrated directly within the Wellness Oasis and Cultural Marketplace, ensuring that every attendee naturally flows through this space multiple times across the four-day conference.
This design creates organic visibility, unforced conversations, and repeated engagement between exhibitors and participants — from arrival to closing day.
2026 Vendor Spotlight Strip — On-Site & Digital
To further elevate exhibitor visibility, 2026 introduces a Vendor Spotlight Strip — a featured promotional experience designed to amplify your presence before, during, and after the conference.
Spotlighted vendors will receive enhanced visibility through curated on-site placement, digital highlights within the event app, and featured exposure on the FFCA website. This added layer of promotion reinforces that exhibitors are not background vendors — they are valued partners in the conference ecosystem.
The 2026 Expo is not just expanding — it is evolving. Wellness. Culture. Community. Visibility. All in one intentional, high-impact space.

Published Conference Pricing Benchmarks
Across local, state, and national conferences, exhibitor costs frequently climb into the high hundreds—and often into the thousands—before you ever speak to a single attendee.
- Social Work — 10’x10’ booths commonly $1,000–$2,000+
- Early Childhood Education — state to national commonly $800–$1,800
- Head Start — can reach $3,000+ depending on size/premium placement
- Marriage & Family Therapy — tabletop options commonly $800+
- Child Support Enforcement — exhibitor ranges commonly $1,500–$2,000
- Criminal Justice & Community Safety — frequently $1,000+ in regional/state settings
- Local LA County events — often $150–$300 for 4–6 hours
In contrast, this Expo starts at $275 because vendors are not “extras”—vendors are resources.
Designed for Traffic, Not Hoping for It
The Expo experience is intentionally positioned so exhibitors receive organic opportunities to engage participants throughout the event—repeatedly, not once.
- Multi-sector audience — family strengthening, mental health, wellness, early childhood, leadership, community partnerships
- High-intent engagement — attendees arrive looking for tools, programs, resources, and solutions
- Visibility beyond the hall — listings and highlights across conference communications and on-site recognition
- Mission-aligned environment — culturally diverse, intergenerational, and relationship-driven

Exhibitor Rates & Important Pricing Update
To remain accessible while accounting for rising operational costs, FFCA has maintained some of the most modest exhibitor rates in the conference space.
Exhibitor Pricing Ladder
- Early Bird: $275.00 (ends March 15, 2026)
- Standard: $400.00 (ends April 6, 2026)

Each exhibitor package includes:
