This unique conference brings together thought leaders, practitioners, educators, clinicians, policymakers, and advocates to strengthen families, elevate leadership, and invest in our collective future.

Conference Registration Fees

We offer one standard on-site attendee registration that includes access to all conference sessions, general keynotes, networking events, and closing ceremonies. Participants will be asked to acknowledge meal preferences for Tuesday’s plated lunch and Thursday’s dinner celebration at the time of registration.

Note: All participants are asked to select a meal option in advance. However, registration fees remain the same regardless of meal selection.

Why Our Registration Fees Are a High-Value Investment

At the Fathers & Families Coalition of America, we believe in making world-class leadership, training, and advocacy affordable and accessible. Our registration fees are intentionally modest, offering substantial value compared to similar national and international conferences.

Competitor events of similar scale often charge $595–$795 for general admission — typically excluding meals or credential tracks. In contrast, FFCA offers:

  • Access to all conference sessions and general keynotes
  • A plated luncheon on Tuesday, April 14th
  • A closing reception and dinner celebration on Thursday, April 16th
  • Opportunities for CEUs and certifications through add-on trainings
  • National and international networking experiences

Group Discount Option: Organizations sending 4 or more participants may be eligible for a group rate of $400 per person. Contact us for group registration details and additional savings.

Our Registration Commitment Policy

The Fathers & Families Coalition of America adheres to a No Cancellation, No Refund, and No Transfer policy. This long-standing policy has been in place for over 16 years and is modeled after industry-standard practices followed by global events such as TED Talks and other nonprofit conferences.

Each registration represents a commitment that initiates planning costs, including meals, materials, and venue requirements. For this reason, all fees are final upon submission. We appreciate your understanding and support of our nonprofit model that prioritizes accessibility and excellence.

Unpaid registrations at the time of the event will default to the At-the-Door rate ($650). FFCA reserves the right to limit access to any sessions or future events for attendees with unresolved balances. Only entities that fully paid for the 2024 conference may utilize Purchase Orders for 2026.
